Before uploading your file(s), please make sure you are familiar with all the instructions regarding artwork submission guidelines and policies. |

The upload submission tool only allows 1 file to be uploaded at one time. If you are submitting more than 1 file you have two choices:
1. Submit each file separately. You will have to fill out the form each time, or
2. Combine your files by using WinZip or StuffIt or other file compression software. Then upload that file. |

File names may be composed of alphanumeric characters only with no spaces (use the underscore if necessary). |

The file upload size is limited to 1.4 Gigabytes. If your file exceeds this size please contact your Customer Service Department. |

Your upload time depends on your file size and upload connection speed. |
|
Occasionally, on a Macintosh system, the progress bar window closes before the file is completely uploaded. The file is still uploading. You will know when the file is completely uploaded when the background color of the pop-up window turns blue and displays a thank you message. |

When your file is uploaded you will receive a confirmation email at the address you have entered in the upload form. |
